INCREDIBLE! Video Game Allows Players to Slaughter TEA Party: Have you ever fantasized about beating Bill O’Reilly to death with a crowbar or shooting up the offices of Americans for Prosperity with an Uzi? Well, the folks at Starving Eyes Advergaming apparently have and they’d like to share their latest creation with the world. The game is called “Tea Party Zombies Must Die” and, apart from abysmal game play, features several different levels where your only objective is to mercilessly slaughter everyone around you whether they are a Fox News stars or simply Americans For Prosperity employees.

The Obama Administration is rejecting Pentagon plans to leave 10,000 troops in Iraq after this year, opting instead for a smaller, 3,000-troop force. [Idiocy! These guys won’t even be a strong enough force to defend each other much less help the Iraquis. – JS]

Obama's Schizophrenic Reality:Instead of trying to prevent housing prices from falling, we need to let them fall and find their bottom. Instead of stopping foreclosures, we need to foreclose on homes as quickly as possible and get it over with. Instead of pumping up the stock market with QE1 and QE2, we need to let the market find its true value. Instead of trying to convince consumers to spend more money to spark economic activity, we need to encourage them to complete the process of deleveraging and fixing their balance sheets. Instead of getting in the way of corporate bankruptcies, we need to let those companies fail.
None of these things will be pleasant, but they are absolutely necessary before there can be any expectation of a true, solid recovery. And since none of these policies will be implemented as long as Obama is president, it is extremely unlikely there will be any recovery before he leaves office.
